Land at SFO around 3pm on Tue 18 Aug and pick up the Mustang convertible at the airport. Ease off the flight, then Golden Gate, Alcatraz, cable cars and the Mission — you loop back here to fly home on Sat 5 Sep.
Tip: Book parking for the SF nights and leave the Mustang tucked away when you can — central San Francisco is easier on foot, cable car and rideshare.
